Overview

This website provides a Crazy Frog AI video generation tool. To operate the tool we process the information described below. We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to provide the service.

Anonymous visitor and session identifiers

When you visit, we store an anonymous, randomly generated visitor ID in a signed cookie on your device. We also create a short-lived session identifier to understand how the site is used across page views.

These identifiers are used to provide the free generation limit, to prevent abuse, and for basic usage analytics. They are not linked to your name, email address or other identifying information unless you provide such information separately.

Prompts and generated content

The photos and scene prompts you submit are sent to a third-party AI service to generate Crazy Frog AI videos. That service processes your input according to its own terms and privacy practices.

We store your reference photos and the resulting video references for the purpose of running your generation task and showing your history. This data is retained according to the limits described in the "Data retention" section below.

Please do not submit personal, confidential or sensitive information in your reference photos or prompts.

Uploaded reference files

If you upload reference selfies or scene photos, they are stored in cloud object storage for a temporary period (24 hours by default) and then deleted automatically. They are used only to process your Crazy Frog AI generation request.

Uploaded files are not served through public, permanent URLs and are not shared with other visitors.

Third-party services

We use third-party service providers to operate the site. These may include: a hosted database provider for analytics and order records, a payment processor for purchases, and an AI model provider for video generation.

Payment card details are collected directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our own servers.

Each third party processes data according to its own terms. We do not sell your personal data.

Analytics and events

We record usage events (such as page views, time on page, generation attempts and purchase completion) to understand how the tool is used and to operate the free-tier limits.

For each visit we store your IP address, the approximate location derived from it (country, region, city) by our hosting and CDN providers, the referring site and campaign tags, and basic device information (browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and time zone).

If you accept cookies in the cookie banner, we also compute a device fingerprint (a hash of browser rendering and hardware characteristics) to recognise the same device across visits and prevent abuse of the free tier. If you reject, no fingerprint is collected.

We do not store your full reference details in analytics events.

Cookies and similar storage

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep an anonymous visitor and session ID, which are required to provide the free generation limit, prevent abuse, and associate purchases with your entitlement.

Your cookie banner choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Except where otherwise configured and disclosed, we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data retention and deletion

Uploaded files are deleted automatically after 24 hours by default. Generation tasks and related records are retained only as long as needed to provide the service.
