One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered and used for successful generations.

Failed generation refund guarantee

If a Crazy Frog AI video generation fails due to a system error, network failure, or technical processing defect, your credits will be automatically returned, or a 100% monetary refund will be issued upon request.

If a payment completes but purchased credits are not credited to your account due to a technical error, contact us for immediate credit delivery or a full refund.

How to request a refund

Contact us using the details on the Contact page and include your order email, payment reference, or task ID where available. We will review and process eligible requests within a few business days.

Limitations

Refunds are not provided for videos generated successfully according to user-submitted photos where the dissatisfaction arises solely from subjective aesthetic preference.
